The Colombo fort land and building company PLC announce to Colombo Stock exchange that the company board of Directors resolve to subdivide the company’s every 1 existing ordinary share into 5 ordinary shares.

This will create increase in the number ordinary from 36 million to 180 Million. The stated capital of the company of Rs. 327 Million remains unchanged.
