  • Introduction of Geography and the passenger Air Traffic
  • Fare selection, Special fare construction
  • Collection of taxes, fee, surcharges and collection of penalty fees,
  • Children and infants ticketing and fare construction
  • Simulation of ticketing entries and many more
Entry qualification:Credit Pass in English and mathematics in GCE O/L
 Good communication of English language
Medium:English 
Date of Commencement:16th July 2011 
Time:Saturdays 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM 
Duration:10 weeks
