7^th June 2011, the LB Finance PLC declares the First and Final Dividend of Rs.3.50 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The EX Dividend will be on 1^st July 2011 and the Payment will be on 7^th July 2011.

The announcement is subject to shareholders Approvals of AGM on 30^th June 2011.
