29^th August 2011, The Office Equipment PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.30.00 per for the Financial Year of 2010/2011.


The Dividend announcement is Subject to the Shareholders Approvals on AGM on 30^th September 2011.

Once the declaration approved in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be on 3^rd October 2011 and the payment will be on 7^th October 2011
