15^th September 2011, the Abans Electricals PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement is subject to the shareholders approvals on AGM on 30^th September 2011.

Once the announcement is approved in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be on 3^rd October 2011 and Payment will be on 12^th October 2011.
