Today 21^st September 2011, the Singalanka Standard Chemicals PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the, Gulf East Finance Limited has been allotted 2,668,255 Ordinary Voting shares at Rs.55.00 each.

With the Rights issue allotment the Gulf East Finance Limited is holding 59.27% of stake of Singalanka Standard Chemicals PLC.
