22^nd September 2011, the Touchwood Investment PLC declares the First & Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10 per Share for financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement is subject to the shareholder Approvals on Annual General Meeting on 30^th September 2011.

Once the Dividend announcement approved in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be 3^rd October 2011 and the payment will be on 13^th October 2011.
