The Chilaw Finance Limited announced the Rs. 0.50 per Share as Final Dividend for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend is subject to the shareholders Approvals at AGM on 21^st October 2011.

If the Dividend announcement is approved in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be on 24^th October 2011 and the Payment will be on 2^nd November 2011.
