17^th October 2011, the Taprobane Securities (Pvt) Ltd announced to Colombo Stock Exchange, the Navara Capital (Private) Limited has brought 4,653,200 Ordinary Voting share at the price of Rs.27.50 each, Which is amounted to 95.79% of the Ordinary Voting shares in Issue.
