15^th November 2011, the Bank of Ceylon has approved in Principle Application for listing the debt securities of the Bank. The Debt Securities are to be listed on the CSE Main Board.

The Bank of Ceylon issue 50 Million Unsecured Redeemable Debentures at the Price of Rs.100.00 Each. And the Debenture will be open to subscribe on 29^th November 2011.

The Bank of Ceylon will be act as a Manager and Registrar of the Issue.
