The Air India is an national Carrier makes losses of Nearly USD 1.9 Million Every Day of Operations. The Air India has stated as 4th Largest Airline in India’s Airline Market shares and its faces Continuous problems of Fuel Price Hike, Staff Salary Issues and huge Competitions from other low cost Airlines.
The Indian Government was pumped about USD 230 Million into the Airline in the financial year of 2010 -2011. And it’s expected to pump more in future too. The negative market indications has been indicated from the year of 2007 and it continues.
Still the Indian Government is helping to Air India by advising their Government officials to travel in Local and International Travels with Air India.
Now the Air India needs Specific Management style to compete to the Low Cost Airlines and other Airlines who Operates Successfully in India.
