The Skyline, an Aviation institute of Srilanka conducted short term courses of Introduction to Aviation Courses. This course will comprise of the basic & Advance Courses.

Basic Course – Introduction to Aviation

The basic Course is for the enthusiasts of Young budding pilots, it is a 4 day Course design for early beginners. This course will be contented of theory of Flight, Meteorology, General Knowledge about Aircraft.

It is an opportunity for the Young Future Pilots to visits the Air force Museum at Ratmalana Air Force Base, and inspect the inside and outside of an Aircraft at Skyline’s Training and Engineering Facility at Katukutunda.

These courses can be followed by Children from the age of 7 Years and it is held in 3 times per year, mainly on School Vacation period in April, August and December.

Advance Course – Introduction to Aviation

For those students keen on enhancing their knowledge of aviation, there is an Advance Course for 3 Months duration, which will be more detail study of the topic covered in basic course.
