I am thoroughly disappointed in your after sales service.I have been calling the hotline since last Friday and reported asking for a technician to call over to attend to repairs of my fully automatic washing machine. I have been calling every day since then and each time i am told will send in 2 days and today Wednesday 5 days later the hotline is not even being answered. Please give me the contact No of the service manager for the head office No.
