The Koladeniya Hydropower (Pvt) Ltd has been commence their commercial operation and connected to Ceylon Electricity Board on 25^th April 2012.

The Acquired shares of 21,699,899 shares is 10.63% out of the total Equity capital of Rs. 2,042,205,126.00
