The Sri Lanka Standards Institutions (SLSI) invites applications for the Srilanka National Quality Awards 2013.

The Srilanka National Quality award is an annual award to recognize Srilankan organizations for Performance Excellence and is based on the world renowned Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award of the USA.

There are 12 categories on 3 scales in each 4 sectors as

2. Service
3. Education
4. Healthcare

Scales

1. Large
2. Medium
3. Small

Application form:             Rs. 1,000.00

On Application Submission

Large Scale Organization               Rs. 50,000.00

Medium Scale Organization         Rs. 35,000.00

Small Scale Organization               Rs. 20,000.00
