The Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS) has begun a program in spoken Tamil with special focus on public servants in supporting President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s vision for a trilingual Sri Lanka and to help the creation of a trilingual society, as recommended by the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission.
The Spoken Tamil Programme will be facilitating to improve trilingual public services in Srilanka to serve any community without any miscommunication.
