The Wanni Commander Major General Biniface Perera said to Rehabilitated LTTE cards were welcome to join Srilankan Army if they have the required qualification.

This statement would welcome by every srilankan as unite people irrespective of the Languages and religions, and develop Srilanka towards upwards.
