5^th May 2011, DFCC Bank announced Final Dividend of Rs.3.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholders approvals on the AGM on 30^th June 2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 1^st July 2011 and the payment will be on 11^th July 2011.
