BMS Degree Programme
BMS did well joining with Edexcel, because it is the most respected education path in Sri Lanka. And when it comes to offering pre masters degree program, the course takers shall feel more secured in this education path. Since BMS is with the countries leaders in management, they will have less trouble promoting this program.
In the management sector, BMS holds 20 years of trust which will surely count. And also, not only restricting to the people who has a degree, BMS has made a Smart move offering the PMD to the professionals who only holds a diploma. Because there are more management in Sri Lanka that does not holds a degree than does.
Pitfall of BMS Degree Programme
The only issue is course duration and the age limit. In most cases we now find most 20 years old with a degree in Sri Lanka. And also Most PG diplomas do not drag as long as 9 months. They would go for a master directly which can be obtained within a year rather than choosing this. And the age limit really should decrease a little.
