Today 10th May 2011, the SMB Leasing PLC announced the Board of Directors Resolve to reduce Stated Capital by Rs.628,674,913

| Total Stated Capital before Reduction | Rs.1, 146,950,296.00 |
| New Stated Capital | Rs. 518, 275,383.00 |
The Adjustment will be written off the Brought Forward loss of the Company as at 31st December 2010.
