1^st June 2011, the Hunters & Company PLC declares First and Final dividend of Rs.1.50 per share.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 1^st July 2011 and the payment will be on 7^th July 2011.

The above Dividend announcement is subject to shareholders approvals on AGM on 30^th June 2011.
