20^th June 2011, Colombo Stock Exchange approved in Principle application of Textured Jersey Lanka Limited to Listing their 80 Million Ordinary voting shares into Main board of CSE.

The Textured Jersey Lanka Limited offers for subscription 80 Million ordinary Voting Shares at a Price of Rs.15 each.

The IPO will be open on 7^th July 2011 and the prospectus will be available in trading members and members firm on 27^th June 2011.
