It’s a good offer for the public servants to get a smart phone at a lower price. But before you purchase the package, please do check smartphone price outside and check the value for money of this package. Because if you could find a lower price for smartphone; you can buy only Mobitel sim and data connection at a lower price than committing higher monthly rental of Upahara.
