The Merchant Bank of Srilanka PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Company’s Board of Directors has accepted an offer made by a consortium of Investors led by Navara Capital Pvt Ltd to Purchases 68% of MBSL Saving Bank Limited.
The Acquisitions comprising of 87,185,520 Ordinary Voting Share and 100,000,000 Ordinary Non Voting share.
