The Colombo Stock Exchange announced the new Amended Brokerage & CDS Fee with effect from 10^th April 2012.

The Board of Directors of CSE and SEC have approved the Removal of the Minimum Brokerage fee of Rs. 10.00 and Minimum CDS Fee of Rs. 5.00 Levied on transactions.

The 0.64% Brokerage fee and CDS Fee of Rs. 0.024% will be applicable for all transactions up to Rs. 50 Million.

The fee of Rs. 25 will be charge from Custodian Banks in respect of Custodian trades has been done away with effective from 19^th March 2012.
