The CT Properties Limited (Subsidiary of CT Holdings PLC) has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Edmonton Pte Ltd Singapore to engage in property development in Srilanka.

The Joint Venture would develop the company’s 1.25 Acre Property located at George R De Silva Mawatha, Colombo 13 into a high end Residential Condominium at a cost of Rs. 7 Billion.

Upon the fulfillment of the condition precedent, the Edmonton Pte Ltd wills acquire a 60% stake in the Equity and Debt of Joint Venture Company
