Today 19th July 2011, the Asia Capital PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange, the ACAP entered into a share sale / purchase agreement with Asia Siyaka (Private) Ltd to sell its minority shareholding (40%) in Asia Siyaka Commodities (Private) Ltd, at the Consideration of Rs.175 Million.
