Today 25^th January 2011 Watapota Investment PLC announced the rights of 75 new ordinary shares of every 2 shares held at the Price of Rs.20.

The total number of shares issued is 25, 162, 800 and provisional allotment will 18^th February 2011 and dispatch the provisional letter of allotment 23th February 2011.

The last date for acceptance & Payment will be on 10^th march 2011.
