The HNB announced the Final Dividend to the Colombo Stock Exchange, the dividend of Rs.5.50 per Ordinary Voting and Non Voting shares.

The final Dividend is for the financial year of 2010. And the dividend announcement is subjective to shareholders approvals on the Annul general meet help on 31^st March 2011.

The Ex dividend date will be 1^st April 2011.
