Today John Keells Holdings PLC announced to CSE, that the Company has acquires 5,604,200 shares of the Union Assurance PLC at the Rs.150 per share.

As a result of the John Keells Holdings PLC stake in Union Assurance PLC has increase from 80.7% to 95.60%.
