8^th April 2011, the Central Finance Company PLC announced the 2^nd Interim Dividend of Rs.3.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 25^th April 2011 and the payment will be on 05^th May 2011.

The above Dividend announcement needs not the shareholders Approvals.

1^st Interim Dividend

The company announced its 1^st interim dividend of Rs.2.50 per share on 27^th October 2010 and paid 18^th November 2010.
