30^th May 2011, the Aitken Spence Hotel Holdings PLC declares the First and Final Dividend of Rs.0.50 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 30^th June 2011 and the Payment will be on 8^th July 2011.

The Above dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholders Approvals on the AGM on 29^th June 2011.
