19^th May 2011, the C T land Development PLC announced the Final Dividend of Rs.0.60 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend payment is subject to shareholders approvals at AGM on 23^rd June 2011.

Once it’s approved the Ex Dividend date will be on 24^th June 2011 and payment will be made on 04^th July 2011.
