Today 27^th May 2011, the Carsons Cumberbatch PLC declares the first and Final Dividend of Rs.2.00 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year ended 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 1^st July 2011 and the payment will be on 11^th July 2011.

The above Dividend proposals subject to shareholders approvals on the AGM on 30^th June 2011.
