20^th May 2011 the Dimo announced scrip dividend as 1 share for every 50 shares Held.

The Ex Dividend will be 31^st May 2011 and the Entitlement 30^th May 2011.

The DIMO offered 174,048 Shares as a Scrip Dividend at the Consideration of Rs.1395.00
