Today 31^st May 2011, the Kotagala Plantations PLC announced the Final Dividend of Rs.5.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be 1^st July 2011 and the Payment will be on 11^th July 2011.

The Above Dividend announcement is subject to the shareholders approvals on AGM on 30^th June 2011.
