5^th May 2011, the Pegasus Hotel of Ceylon PLC announces the First and Final Dividend of Rs.0.30 per share. The Dividend is for the Financial year ended 2010/2011.

The dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholders approvals on AGM at 17^th June 2011.

The Ex Dividend will be on 18^th June 2011 and the Payment will be on 28^th June 2011.
