18^th July 2011, the Horana Plantation PLC declares Final Dividend of Rs.4.00 per Share. The Dividend is for the year end of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 1^st August 2011 and the payment will be on 9^th August 2011.

The Dividend announcement is subject to shareholders Approvals in AGM on 29^th July 2011.
