The Colombo Investment Trust PLC and Colombo Fort Investments PLC are announced to Colombo Stock Exchange there is a change happen in Directorate as follows,

1. Mr.Rajaratnam has been appointed as Chairmen of the company.
2. Mr.S.D.R.Arudpragasam has been appointed as Board of Directors and Deputy Chairmen of the Company.
3. Mr.R.Senathi Rajah has relinquished his position of Chairmen of the company

All the changes are effects from 12^th August 2011.
