12^th August 2011, The Colombo Fort Land and Building Company PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Company has brought the 12.05% of the Colonial Motors PLC at the Price of Rs. 290.00.

The Company brought the 1,100,000 Ordinary Voting Shares at the consideration of Rs. 319 Million.
