September 12, 2011. The Renuka Holdings PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.0.50 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement is subject to the Shareholder approvals on AGM on 27^th September 2011.

Once the Dividend is approved, the Ex Dividend date will be 28^th September 2011 and the payment will be on 30^th September 2011.
