11^th November 2011, the J.L.Morison son & Jones (Ceylon) PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that Company has Decided to Sub Divided their Shares into 10 Shares.

The Subdivision is subject to the shareholders Approvals on Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
