Qualifications for admission

  • Graduate or full professional qualification from a recognized professional institute OR
  • G.C.E. (A/L) and 2 years experience in a recognized organization in the field of HR in executive capacity or G.C.E. (O/L) and 3 years experience in a recognized organization in the field of HR in executive capacity OR
  • Those who have successfully completed IPM Certificate Course in Training and Development.
