Ceylinco Insurance PLC announced to Colombo stock Exchange; Rs.5.50 First and Final Dividend per share.

The Dividend needs the shareholder approvals from the Annual General Meeting on 4^th May 2011.

The Ex- Dividend date will be 5^th May 2011 and they payment will made on 13^th May 2011.
