Today 17th March 2011, the SSP Corporate services (Private) Limited announced to Colombo Stock Exchange,
The Free Lanka Capital Holding IPO for 300,000,000 shares has been oversubscribed at an issue price of Rs.5.00 each.
Therefore the issue would be closed at 4.30 Pm today (17th March 2011) as per prospectus.
