9^th March 2011, the Haycarb PLC announced Colombo Stock Exchange; that the company has resolved to give interim Dividend of R.3.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The company further says the Ex-Dividend date will be 21^st March 2011 and the Dividend will be paid on 29^th March 2011.
