The Colombo Stock Exchange announced following regulations regarding to the Price band,

• The 10% price band on the subject public listed company will be valid to 10 Market days only; and
• All the licenced stock brokers asked to away with the requirement of 50% upfront cash for purchase of such shares[10% banded shares] captured within the said formula.

The Price band regulations are be effective from 1^st March 2011.
