28^th February 2011, the Softlogic Finance PLC announced their First Interim Dividend at Colombo Stock Exchange for the current financial year. This dividend carries the value of Rs.1.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Company Further says the Ex dividend date will be 10^th March 2011 and the dividend payment will be made on 18^th March 2011.
