Today Colombo Stock exchange announced that CSE Approved in-principle Application to listing Ordinary Voting shares to CSE Main Board.

the company Applied for the offer  for subscription of 172,000,000 Ordinary voting shares at the price of Rs.14.00 each(totally Worth of Rs.2.408 Million).

The Prospectus will be avaiable to Member Firms or Trading Members on 25th April 2011 And the Applications will be opening on 12th May 2011
