Today April 04^th 2011, the HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORPORATION BANK announced Finial Dividend of Rs.5.00 per share for the financial year of 2010.

The Dividend announcement needs to be approved by the shareholders at the Annual general meeting on May 09^th 2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 10^th May 2011 and the Payment will be on 20^th May 2011.
